What counts as a reply?

A reply is any response the AI sends to a visitor or customer, whether in the chat widget, email, or a connected messaging channel like WhatsApp or Instagram. Each outbound AI message counts as one reply.

What happens if I hit my reply limit?

It depends on your plan. On the free plan, the AI stops replying once the monthly limit is reached and a human will need to handle responses manually until the next billing cycle resets.

On paid plans, extra reply packages are available at $49 for 250 additional replies. That said, upgrading to the next plan is almost always more cost-effective, since higher plans include significantly more replies at a lower cost per reply.

Are there additional costs beyond the Zipchat AI plans?

Currently, we only charge for the standard Zipchat AI plans, with no hidden fees or extra costs. However, in the future, we may introduce additional charges for new features or advanced functionalities.
